Property clearance of any size undertaken
Should you have a property that requires clearing, we are the people to do it. No job too big, no job too small. We are happy to undertake clearances for: lofts, gardens, garages, sheds, offices, barns, storage units, estates, homes and care facilities.
A.R.K. Solutions SW Ltd will visit and assess the property for an accurate quote; whether you require the items to be packaged and transported, recycled or disposed of – we do it all. We will discuss if there are any fittings that should be left and whether you would like any appliances left or removed.
Domestic Clearances
House clearance items that are in good condition are donated to local charity shops or auctions; anything that cannot be donated is sorted into recyclable skips and disposed of.
Commercial Clearances
Commercial properties can require clearance of large furniture items, we are capable of removing the large items and provide them with a second life.
End Of Tenancy Clearance
If you are a landlord and require the property cleaned and cleared for the next tenant, we can do all the leg work to bring the property back to a fit state.
